Queen B Media is an innovative interactive tools and entertainment company created by aspiring entrepreneurs from Montreal, Canada. Recognized for world-class website design, easy-to-use web-based products, and internet marketing services that deliver results.
The company has a history of developing consumer products at the forefront of technology and trends. Originally involved in the Gaming market, the company is quickly expanding into the area of advanced web applications for consumer markets.
History
Founded by Michal Birecki in 2005, the 19 year old entrepreneur had sold his first sports car (a beautiful 2001 Honda S2000) to fund the development of Queen B Media. Within just a few years, the company grew to dominate the PlayStation arena with their first venture - PS3center.net. Featured on G4TV, Engadget, Joystiq along with hundreds of high caliber entertainment/gaming sources, PS3center.net grew to become one of the largest PlayStation information destinations. Its rapid growth was fuelled by Michal's ingenious idea to create the world's first white PlayStation 3.
Back in 2006, when the PlayStation 3 was just released, the urge to buy and sell PlayStation 3 units was just another way to make a few extra dollars. Quickly realizing that Michal's PlayStation 3 wasn't going to sell on eBay due to the overwhelming supply by likeminded entrepreneurs, Michal decided to attempt the impossible - to create the world's first white PlayStation 3 by replicating Sony's initial prototypes.
Michal had gained some skills at his father's car body shop through the years of hard labor throughout his teenage years. By stripping the PlayStation 3 unit into 2 dozen pieces, Michal was able to professionally rework and repaint the gaming console using top of the line techniques used within the auto repair industry.
PS3center.net had in its hands the most powerful piece of marketing and promotion tool available for a PlayStation 3 website. The white PlayStation 3 was released on Christmas day on PS3center.net and brought as much as 130,000 views to the website in a matter of just a few days. Today, PS3center.net is the highest ranked PlayStation 3 website within the world's largest search engines - all due to great design, marketing, development, seo and management skills.
Driving Innovation
Along the way, Queen B Media has been careful with growth, using their own profits to fund new ventures. In 2009, after gaining further exposure within the industry, Queen B Media acquired a company called CustomCMS.net.
CustomCMS.net is an entertainment game based content management system powered by PHP and MySQLl, designed for entertainment/gaming-oriented websites. Queen B Media is currently working on a new Custom CMS product. The new web based content management system should give gaming enthusiasts an easy, effective and affordable way to enter the video gaming industry.
Strong Commitment
Queen B Media has never taken funding from outside investors or venture capital firms. The company's commitment has lead to gain an edge over competition. Queen B Media is not here to be a flash in the pan, but rather a long-term investment in products and services which customers will be able to depend on for many years to come.
